Notes

• Minimum number of passengers : 1 person.
• Without tour conductor.
• It will be accepted until 18:00 ,7 days before use. Due to the full reservation system, bus service without prior reservations will not be operated.
• About the meeting time, please make sure to come to the meeting point. The bus won’t wait for passengers who haven’t arrived before the departure time. We treat those passengers as non-participants without any notice.
• There may be delays or cancellations due to road conditions or weather conditions.
• Depending on the situation, the route may change or it may be operated by taxi.
• There are restrictions on bringing into the bus.Snowscoot, bicycles and pets are not allowed.Riding with ski boots or hard boots is prohibites.
• Advance payment by credit card is required to make a book.
• Cancellation fee: 7 to 2 days before the travel date 30%, previous day- 40%, same day prior to departure- 50%, same day without notification- 100%
• Online booking are not possible for use 6 days before departure. Please inquiries BIGRUNS desk by email or phone.
• Purchases of One-way-rip tickets only will be closed 7 days in advance.
• Booking must be made in advance paying a credit card.
